Trained at the University of Queensland, Kent University (UK), and Cambridge University (UK), Justin combines rigorous psychometric science with deep practical experience in workforce recruitment & selection, leadership development, and organisational measurement.
His work spans custom psychometric test development, machine learning, and data-driven HR analytics — built specifically for industries where getting the right insights about the right people matter. Clients include organisations across a range of sectors throughout Australia, Asia, Europe and America.
