Advanced analyses on our employee engagement survey results & 3. Supporting the creation of a custom leadership assessment tool that draws heavily on the Habitus Personality Questionnaire. Working with Justin closely over the last few months to support a client in understanding the effectiveness and power of their assessment process has been rewarding and enjoyable. His technical knowledge and insight has been highly impressive, and I have been constantly wowed by the insight that he has helped provide. Alongside that, and almost as important, he has the empathy needed and the ability to translate complex technical findings into clear messages both for me and for the clients with which we are working. Justin is a great psychologist but his real talent lies in breaking down the science behind the psychology and applying it to commercial scenarios.
